A simple shift in business education, training MBA students to listen effectively, can significantly boost their humility and ability to lead with integrity, according to a new study from the University of Surrey.

The new guideline outlines evidence-based recommendations on 11 high-priority topics to guide outpatient care for adults with TBI in the first six months after injury. Topics include assessment, education, referrals, and early treatment. Considerations for older adults, survivors of intimate partner violence, athletes, and military service members are also provided.

The Israel Observatory on Femicide, directed by Prof. Shalva Weil from the Seymour Fox School of Education at the Hebrew University, reports a troubling surge in femicide across Israel, with 32 women killed because they were women since January. The data point to rising firearm-related murders and distinct cultural dynamics influencing the patterns of violence. The Observatory calls on policymakers to act swiftly to prevent further loss of life.

Okayama University of Science (OUS) has been ranked in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026 for the second consecutive year, placing in the 1501+ band among 2,191 institutions worldwide. OUS showed particular strength in the Industry category, reflecting its strong collaborations with companies and local communities. The American Society for Nutrition (ASN) and ASN Foundation (ASNF) are proud to announce the launch of new ASN Student Member Scholarships, a transformative initiative providing complimentary ASN memberships to every graduate student enrolled in Academic Nutrition Departments and Programs (ANDP) member institutions beginning January 2026. ANDP, a community within ASN, is comprised of directors of undergraduate and graduate nutrition departments and programs across the United States who work collectively to advance nutrition education, share best practices, influence policy, and strengthen student recruitment. This scholarship program directly supports that mission.

Goethe University is proud to announce a truly unique new Collaborative Research Centre: The first-ever educational sciences Collaborative Research Centre (CRC 1750) is launching under the name [in:just]. Its focus will be on exploring justice and participation within the German education and upbringing system. The German Research Foundation (DFG) also approved the continuation of three CRC Transregios (TRR), in which Goethe University researchers play a key role. These projects involve the mathematical description of complex geometric structures (TRR 326), the study of matter under extreme conditions (TRR 211), and research into the tropopause region of the atmosphere at altitudes between seven and 17 kilometers (TRR 301).
