Both C57BL/6 control mice and EAE mice were included in the study. (A) All mice were fed β-fructan diet (n=10 EAE; n=9 control) or control fibre diet (n=11 EAE; n=5 control) beginning at symptom onset (day 14) until 28 days. (B) Animals were weighed and assessed for EAE symptoms daily.
