Comparison of EPID transmission dose (TD) images before and after denoising

This figure presents original and SUNet-denoised TD images with four particle numbers (1×10⁶, 1×10⁷, 1×10⁸, 1×10⁹). Original low-particle images suffer from severe noise and blurred dose boundaries, while denoised versions exhibit reduced noise and smoother textures—only the 1×10⁶ particle image shows minor distortion. The "jet" colormap is used (blue = low-dose regions, yellow-red = high-dose regions).
