Boxplots of SSIM and PSNR before and after denoising

The boxplots exhibit SSIM and PSNR metrics for EPID TD images before and after denoising. Original SSIM values are 0.61 (1×10⁶), 0.70 (1×10⁷), and 0.90 (1×10⁸), rising to 0.95, 0.96, and 0.97 post-denoising. Original PSNR values are 26.33 dB, 28.70 dB, and 35.89 dB, improving to 33.60 dB, 35.64 dB, and 40.11 dB. Both metrics show substantial enhancements, particularly for low particle counts.
