Fig. 3. High accuracy acoustic localization out-of-lab. Powered by a dual-soliton microcomb, over 100 optical fiber microphone probes can be biomimetically deployed on hexapod robots to enable acoustic positioning. For example, this setup can effectively detect the location of a sound-emitting target, such as a UAV, whether stationary or in motion. The resolution of acoustic localization reaches 0.3 cm, and the perception diameter extends to approximately 200 meters.
