video:  In this paper, we report on prevalence, mortality, and disability-adjusted life years (DALY) burden of cancer among individuals aged 60-94 worldwide from 1990 to 2021 from four dimensions which are global , GBD region , country and SDI region. Our research findings provide better suggestions to related policy makers to implement effective interventions considering about the health inequalities among the elderly population. This is significant because the studies using GBD2021 to analyze the health burden of the elderly people mostly focus on one specific disease instead of the comparative analysis of different cancer and the situation of overall cancer.
