Sofia Kjellman from UiT -- The Arctic University of Norway collecting sediment cores in Svalbard as part of her Ph.D. research. She sometimes works in remote locations that can only be reached by helicopter. Now she's part of a growing group of researchers trying to find ways to cut the amount of plane flights she takes.
