Localization of RhBG and RhCG2 in the Seahorse Brood-Pouch Epithelium

Immunohistochemical analysis shows distinct localization of RhBG and RhCG2 in the inner epithelium of the seahorse brood pouch. RhBG (magenta) is localized mainly to the inner epithelium, while RhCG2 (magenta) is detected in the inner and outer epithelial layers. NKA (green) and DAPI (gray) provide additional cellular localization information.
