[2] Dual-Control Strategy for High-Performance Cellulose-Reinforced Biodegradable Composites (IMAGE)
Caption
▲ A dual-control strategy combining FSP-guided moisture conditioning and AKD surface modification. Optimizing the moisture content suppresses hornificationand preserves the specific surface area of cellulose fibers, while AKD surface modification enhances hydrophobicity and compatibility with the polymer matrix. The resulting bio-filled TPS/PBAT film achieves a 26.2% increase in tensile strength while maintaining 99.4% biodegradability relative to cellulose.
