Biological Magnetic Resonance Data Bank (BMRB) (IMAGE)
Caption
In the Biological Magnetic Resonance Data Bank (BMRB), more than 10,000 proteins have backbone assignments with some assignments missing—meaning there was no experimental data for certain parts of the proteins. Kern’s team had the novel idea to use these “missing” datapoints (red) to train and develop Dyna-1.
