Characterization of U/TiO2 NRA photoanode.

Aberration-corrected HAADF-STEM, X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) characterizations confirmed that uranium was uniformly anchored on the TiO2 substrate in the form of single atoms, and the atomically dispersed asymmetric U−O−Ti bimetallic active sites were successfully constructed.
