Interference of bi-photon joint spectral amplitudes (JSAs) reveals phase-dependent phenomena within entangled photons spectra. By simultaneously pumping two nonlinear photonic crystals, this interference unveils effects that are otherwise inaccessible through direct intensity measurements.
