Rich Adams, assistant professor of agricultural statistics for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, was a lead author of a study with colleagues at the University of Memphis and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh that sequenced the genome of the red milkweed beetle to learn more about the co-evolution of the insect and toxic milkweed plants.
