Photocatalytic process of phosphorus and nitrogen co-doped carbon quantum dots (PNCQDs)/TiO2 nanosheets. Due to the quantum wells created by synergy between N and P elements, photogenerated electrons can be localized to the dopant sites of PNCQDs, improving the quantum efficiency.
