Brain PET Image at 4 Hours after 64CuCl2 Injection

In order to estimate the effect of disulfiram pretreatment on brain accumulation of 64CuCl2, PET imaging studies were performed on MD model mice. Disulfiram pre-treatment significantly increased copper accumulation in the brain, as compared with untreated mice (p<0.01).
