Entropy-driven phase evolution in high-entropy vanadate ceramics with near-zero τf and high Q×f for 5G/6G dielectric resonator antennas (IMAGE)
Caption
The (La0.2Ce0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2)1–xBixVO4 ceramics undergo a transition from tetragonal zircon to monoclinic scheelite via configurational entropy reduction and Bi3+ substitution, achieving near-zero τf together with an exceptional Q×f, and thus mitigating the Q×f–τf trade-off in vanadate ceramics.
