Detection efficiency gain and reconstruction workflow of hybrid iterative ptychographic super-resolution microscopy (IMAGE)
Caption
Hybrid iterative ptychographic super-resolution microscopy (HiM) significantly improves photon collection efficiency over conventional image scanning microscopy (ISM) and confocal microscopy. Through an alternating virtual modulation-demodulation and sparse joint deconvolution reconstruction algorithm, it achieves favorable resolution enhancement without a depletion laser, while reducing phototoxicity and photobleaching.
