Multivalent TPE-DNA nanoaggregates enable bright NIR-II vascular imaging (IMAGE)
Caption
Multivalent TPE modification drives DNA amphiphiles to form an ultrastable hydrophobic core through cooperative π–π stacking. The core stably encapsulates the NIR-II fluorophore TPE-BBT, while the external DNA strands remain accessible for programmable functionalization. Following intravenous administration, the resulting nanoprobes enable bright visualization of femoral arteries and subcutaneous capillary networks in living mice.
