(a) AI and next-generation detection technologies facilitate early warning of invasive candidiasis, enabling proactive screening and risk stratification of high-risk patients through machine learning analysis of clinical indicators and continuous biomarker monitoring. (b) Vaccines, targeted prophylaxis, and AI-driven risk stratification together form a precision intervention strategy aimed at reducing the incidence of invasive candidiasis, including immunization for high-risk patients, microbiome modulation, and comprehensive risk factor management.(c)Nutritional immunomodulation regulates host immunity and suppresses Candida overgrowth through precise supplementation of key micronutrients, enhanced blood glucose control, and the addition of intestinal barrier-protecting components, offering personalized adjuvant therapy for the management of candidemia. (d) Based on the synergistic effects of natural compounds and antifungal drugs, novel combination therapies provide enhanced efficacy and reduced toxicity for the treatment of candidemia through mechanisms such as reversing drug resistance, disrupting biofilms, and inhibiting efflux pumps. (e) The clinical translation of diagnostics and therapeutics for candidemia faces numerous challenges, including insufficient validation of AI diagnostic systems, rapid evolution of drug-resistant strains, limited accessibility to innovative drugs, and inadequate clinical evidence for novel therapies. Addressing these issues requires interdisciplinary collaboration and integrative innovation.
