MnB-RLG coordinates antioxidant catalysis and mitochondrial protection to alleviate disc degeneration

MnB-RLG integrates MnB MBene nanosheets with resveratrol-lipoic acid-RGD nanomicelles to achieve multi-enzyme-like antioxidant activity and metabolic-redox modulation. By attenuating ferroptosis and restoring SIRT1/PINK1/Parkin-related mitophagy, MnB-RLG preserves mitochondrial and ECM homeostasis to ameliorate intervertebral disc degeneration.
