Development of an Angiotensin II Certified Reference Material

Schematic overview of the development of the Angiotensin II certified reference material. The reference material was characterized using isotope dilution mass spectrometry and the mass balance method, with an assigned value of 0.8734 g/g and a relative expanded uncertainty of 1.8% (k = 2). It remained stable for 12 months at −20 °C and is traceable to the SI unit of mass.
