Thermal treatment of ZnMgO nanoparticles reduces the density of oxygen vacancies and increases the nanoparticle size, enabling quantum dot light-emitting diode (QLED) devices to achieve uniform electroluminescence with high efficiency, bright luminance and longer operating lifetime.
