A sensing-storage monolithically integrated system fabricated using a low-cost solution spin-coating process is reported. This system organically combines a flexible floating-gate organic thin-film transistor memory with an OTFT pressure sensor, achieving the integration of sensing and memory functions. The integrated system demonstrates significant advantages in both response speed and data retention capability, providing an innovative technological platform for the development of flexible electronic skin capable of physiological signal sensing, data storage, and wireless transmission.
