According to a study published by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Patients with advanced NRG1-positive cholangiocarcinoma showed promising responses to zenocutuzumab, a bispecific antibody. Based on this evidence, the FDA approved zenocutuzmab on May 8 for NRG1-positive cholangiocarcinoma.
