laser pulse in the magnetized plasma. (b) Plasma density profile. The input stage is from 0 to
400 µm corresponding to density up-ramp region. The converter stage is from 400 µm to 900 µm
corresponding to density plateau region. The output stage is from 900 µm to 1700 µm corresponding
to density down-ramp region.
