In almost half of the fatal electric scooter crashes in Sweden, the driver is significantly intoxicated, and most fatal crashes occur with privately owned vehicles. This is shown by a new study from Chalmers University of Technology, in Sweden, and the Swedish Transport Administration. The image has no connection to the study.
