Deep Visual Spatial Transcriptomics and Proteomics strategy reveals intra-tumor heterogeneity

The Deep Visual Spatial Transcriptomics and Proteomics (DVSTP) strategy integrates high-resolution pathology images with spatial transcriptomics and spatial proteomics to reveal the complex intra-tumor heterogeneity. DVSTP predicts molecular profiles from routine pathology slides, making spatial multi-omics more accessible. Whole–tumor 3D reconstruction reveals that SRSF6 drives immune exclusion and poor clinical outcomes.
