Strategy of A/B-site Co-doping for Microstructural Engineering:
A-site Bi doping breaks the long-range polar order, stabilizing a multiphase coexistence (C/T/R) and fostering polar nanoregions (PNRs) to minimize remanent polarization. Concurrently, B-site doping with Sr, La, and Ta triggers lattice contraction and distortion due to ionic size mismatch, which significantly enhances the activation energy of grains and grain boundaries.
