A new model for predicting final height after menarche. This graphical abstract shows how researchers developed a more accurate method to predict final height in girls at menarche. By combining left hand-wrist bone age, a radiomic score from the distal femur on knee radiographs, and clinical factors such as height at menarche and father’s height, the model outperformed traditional prediction methods and achieved the best agreement with actual adult height.
