Effects of oxidative stress on intestinal health of piglets

Oxidized soybean oil (OSO) leads to oxidative stress in piglets, resulting in increased AA concentration, which inhibits intestinal epithelial cell differentiation and affects the mRNA expression of functional genes related to nutrient digestion and absorption.
