High-sensitivity piezoelectric response enabled by heterogeneous stress-electric field distribution in 3D interconnected porous ceramics

By introducing porosity into conventional piezoelectric ceramics, the intrinsic coupling between d₃₃ and εᵣ is effectively decoupled. This engineered porous structure preserves a high d₃₃ while significantly reducing εᵣ, thereby markedly enhancing g₃₃ and the overall piezoelectric sensitivity.
