A 9.7 GHz FMCW radar synthesizer with built-in chirp linearization

A ramp tracker creates the chirp signal, while paired NMOS and PMOS varactors correct frequency distortions. This hardware linearization method allows fast, accurate chirps with simpler circuits and stable performance for compact ISAC devices.
