Figure | Dynamical control of topological edge propagation. (a) Schematic of an exciton-polariton topological Chern insulator supporting topological edge states. A resonant laser excites the edge mode (red), which propagates along the lattice boundary to output Port 2. (b) A non-resonant pump (blue) renders the lattice locally topologically trivial, rerouting the topological mode. In this case, the mode avoids Port 2 and exits through Port 3, with the path set by the pump pattern.
