High-speed characterization of the anomalous Hall effect via multichannel simultaneous measurement on an Fe1-xXx compositional gradient thin film. Each composition is characterized within 0.2 hours (12 minutes), achieving approximately a 30-fold increase in speed compared to conventional methods. The Fe–Ir–Pt composition predicted using machine learning exhibited a new maximum anomalous Hall resistivity.
