Stem cells in organoids grown in PIC-Invasin and BME

Caption

Mouse intestinal organoids grown in PIC–invasin and BME. Green cells mark the Lgr5+ stem cells that initiated the discovery of organoids. The intestinal stem cells are located at the crypt interspersed between Paneth cells.
