The changes in structural evolution and microwave dielectric properties of CaYGa1-xAlxO4 (x = 0–1) ceramics. (IMAGE)
Caption
A series of CaYGa1-xAlxO4 (x = 0–1) ceramics were synthesized using the solid-state reaction method. Taking the A2BO4 type olivine ceramic CaYGaO4 as the research object, the design concept of the contribution of bond length variation to ion polarization was utilized. By regulating the structural evolution from ordered orthorhombic olivine to disordered tetragonal K2NiF4, the τf was enhanced while maintaining low dielectric loss.
