Data are expressed as mean±SEM (n=6) and were analyzed using two-way ANOVA, followed by Bonferroni's multiple range test for post-hoc comparisons. #P<0.05 compared to the normal group, &P<0.05 compared to the sham group, *P<0.05 compared to the SCI group.
