High-Speed Doctor-Blading Technique for Efficient Organic Solar Cells. This diagram illustrates the materials used in the high-speed doctor-blading process for organic solar cells (OSCs). The non-halogenated solvents o-xylene (o-XY) and toluene (Tol) are employed at low solution concentrations, enabling the fabrication of high-efficiency OSCs. The resulting structure includes layers of Ag, PDINN, PM6-L8-BO, PEDOT:PSS, ITO, and glass, leading to a scalable and environmentally sustainable solar cell with enhanced performance.
