By tracking the origins of signals received by V1 interneurons, corresponding author Jay Bikoff, PhD, and co-first author Anand Kulkarni, PhD, St. Jude Department of Developmental Neurobiology produced a brain map to visualize the connections between the brain and spinal cord at the center of motor function control.
