This article briefly reviews the diagnosis and treatment of metastatic brain tumors from lung cancer and breast cancer, the progress of artificial intelligence and multi-omics. Importantly, the focus on the pathogenesis of brain metastases and the tumor microenvironment will assist seek treatment strategies.
