Engineered EMDV vector for CRISPR/Cas9 delivery and targeted genome editing in tobacco.

The EDMV vector was designed to express the large Cas9 protein and a sgRNA containing a customized spacer sequence. Infection of N. benthamiana and tobacco (N. tabacum) with the viral vector yield efficient target gene mutagenesis.
