Subgroup analyses revealed significantly higher risk of thrombo-embolic events in patients with atrial fibrillation/flutter (AF/AFL) not receiving oral anticoagulants (OACs). COVID-19 vaccination is relatively safe for patients with AF/AFL, especially with concurrent OACs.
