Researchers from Applied Materials and National University of Singapore (NUS) working jointly in a semiconductor cleanroom laboratory at NUS. In Phase 2, the Applied Materials - NUS Advanced Materials Corporate Lab will concentrate on creating industry-scale, wafer-ready (300 mm) materials solutions with a focus on integrated processes and interface engineering.
