The Z-scheme heterojunction structure of g-C3N4 (CN) and Bi4O5Br2 (BOB) adjusts the band positions of the dominant active species, providing suitable energy levels for the generation of h+ and ·O2-, thereby enhancing the degradation performance of pollutants (bisphenol A, BPA; rhodamine B, RhB).
