X-photon laser 3D lithography. An illustration for exciting photoresist with various wavelengths triggering photo-crosslinking reaction. Any of the widely used femtosecond laser oscillators can be employed for performing nano-scale 3D additive manufacturing. It’s emphasized that green-light offers the highest throughput needed for large-scale structure fabrication, while the red-light light ensures the high-resolution, and black-light shows a novel proof-of-concept approach.
