Compared to untreated cells (left image), IFNγ-treatment (right image) leads to twice as many cells to reactivate the X-chromosome on day 7 of iPSC reprogramming. The blue color marks the nucleus of each cell and the red color indicates pluripotent cells before reactivating the X-chromosome.
