The multisystem presentation of long-haul coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) displays striking similarity with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). Moreover, the particular constellation of symptoms in ME/CFS is clinically presented in a few other medical conditions. Of the long-haul patients with COVID-19, an estimated half will develop frank ME/CFS. Texts in red font are examples of symptoms and conditions not uncommonly seen in ME/CFS.
